Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Solutions Integration Engineer to deliver technical excellence for customer accounts, guide pre-sales, demonstrate the TRM platform, and help clients integrate our API-based solutions.

You will own end-to-end implementations, collaborate with engineering and product teams, prototype APIs with Python/JavaScript/TypeScript, and create scalable integration patterns for diverse clients across geographies.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating API-based SaaS products at scale.
• Ability to prototype APIs using Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Strong collaboration with engineering and product teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving under ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end TRM solutions for clients, from requirements to design and testing.
• Lead discovery calls and document technical requirements for solution design.
• Present APIs and architecture to clients, guiding implementation and timelines.
• Develop and maintain integration resources, reference architectures, and guides.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and provide expert-level support.
