Job summary

IntelliBee is seeking an APD Financial Analyst to support financial management and oversight of Advance Planning Document activities. You will work with internal teams to track MES project expenditures, budgets, and reporting, ensuring CMS funding requirements are met and analytics are accurate.

Responsibilities include gathering cost estimates, validating data, maintaining MDBT, and participating in budget discussions with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple priorities/projects.
• Project management, training and facilitating experience.
• MDBT development, budgeting or accounting experience.
• Experience writing, reviewing, or drafting financial narratives for APDs.
• Public sector/government health and human services program experience.
• Stakeholder engagement and collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monitoring APD-related expenditures and budgets.
• Review and validate financial information included in APD submissions.
• Maintain and update the Medicaid Detailed Budget Table (MDBT).
• Support the preparation of APD budget tables and financial documentation.
• Gather and verify cost estimates from project teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor project spending and identify potential budget issues.
• Assist with developing financial narratives and supporting documentation.
• Participate in budget planning and review meetings.
• Collaborate with Finance, Budget, and project teams to support financial compliance and reporting.
• Support the APO Finance Manager with financial analysis and budget management activities.
