Job summary

ClinDCast, LLC seeks a Financial Analyst to ensure APD funding requests align with documentation and CMS conditions. You will develop the MDBT, forecast budgets, and prepare financial narratives for MES projects, working with diverse teams to maintain budgets and document forecasts.

You will gather cost estimates, maintain the MDBT, and support budget discussions with internal and external partners, driving timely decisions and compliant MES budgeting.

Qualifications

• Experience developing budgets and financial narratives for complex programs.
• Ability to collect cost estimates and produce MDBT updates.
• Strong communication with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Medicaid Detailed Budget (MDBT) development and governance.
• Coordinate budget planning, forecasting, and reporting across teams.
• Prepare financial narratives and SOPs for APDs.
• Facilitate budget review meetings with stakeholders.
• Monitor expenditures against CMS approved funding and stay within budgets.
• Collaborate with DHHS program areas, ITD Finance, Contracts and vendor teams.
