Job summary

Justjoin is seeking an Apache Superset Developer to lead the migration from Power BI to Superset and own how analytics dashboards are built at scale. You will architect a reusable component library, optimize performance against our Databricks lakehouse, and define standards that enable our team to ship faster, better dashboards.

You will become a technical owner of dashboards, collaborating across teams to turn business questions into enterprise-grade insights using modern tools like Databricks

Qualifications

• 4+ years of BI/analytics/data visualization development.
• 2+ years hands-on Apache Superset in production environments.
• Strong SQL skills (window functions, CTEs, query optimization).
• Experience with Databricks/Spark SQL or similar lakehouse platforms.
• Git workflow proficiency and collaborative development experience.

Responsibilities

• Migrate Power BI dashboards to Superset, improving load times.
• Build a parameterized chart library via Superset API.
• Optimize Superset + Databricks integration including caching and Delta Lake patterns.
• Define dashboarding standards and Jinja templates for scalable development.
• Collaborate across teams to turn business questions into enterprise dashboards.
