Job summary

Nirji is seeking a fundraising leader to drive capital strategy and partnerships for the Nirji Ventures group. The role involves orchestrating fundraising across multiple ventures, from initial conversations to due diligence and closure, with equity incentives and regulatory awareness.

The ideal candidate has a proven APAC fundraising track record and strong relationships with LPs, family offices, and institutional investors, with experience in fund setup, structuring, and launch.

Qualifications

• Experience raising capital in APAC.
• Strong relationships with limited partners, family offices and institutional investors.
• Experience with fund setup, structuring and launch.
• Ability to turn investor relationships into capital commitments and manage ongoing investor engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop the group capital strategy and coordinate fundraising priorities across Nirji Ventures businesses.
• Build and maintain relationships with limited partners, family offices and institutional investors.
• Lead fundraising from initial conversations through due diligence and closure.
• Manage ongoing investor engagement and reporting after commitments are made.
