Job summary

Osaic's Highland Capital Brokerage seeks an Annuity Case Designer to support annuity sales by case design, running illustrations, and preparing submissions in a remote, full-time capacity.

Ideal candidates bring multi-carrier insurance product experience, excellent verbal/written communication, Salesforce familiarity, and experience with annuity illustration software; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Multi-carrier insurance product experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with producers/advisors.
• Experience with illustration software (e.g., Annuity Rate Watch, LUMA).
• Familiarity with Salesforce to manage activities and leads.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support to assigned annuity sales team that includes case design, running illustrations, summarizing annuity designs and concepts, current rates/caps,and assisting with electronic submission platforms
• Complete annuity reviews by analyzing in-force policy data and making recommend changes or alternate plans to optimize performance of existing policies to generate new sales/revenue
• Respond in a timely manner meeting company service levels for all service and solicitation requests
• Have in-depth knowledge of various annuity products, including features, benefits, and pricing to effectively present them to financial professionals
• Stay current on the competitive marketplace by participating in educational opportunities, attending webinars and any carrier offered strategies, talks, podcasts etc.
• Answer overflow calls from the phone queue
• Participate in email campaigns and webinars by following up on engaged prospects and writing financial professionals
• Assist sales team by prospecting, setting appointments and follow up meetings
• Log all activities (illustrations, calls, meetings, etc.) into Sales Force and store illustrations according to established protocols
• Perform miscellaneous clerical duties, special projects, reporting, or by providing help wherever it's required
