Osaic is seeking a Sales Supervision Contact Center Coordinator for its Compliance function in financial services. The role supports the Sales Supervision team by handling incoming calls, routing cases for Annuity Submissions and Alternative Investments, and coordinating paperwork with Financial Professionals.

The position is full-time and hybrid, requiring 4 days per week in the office at one of the listed hubs. Bachelor’s degree preferred; FINRA 6/7 and Salesforce experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent with significant experience considered.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with annuity products is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Handle incoming calls from the Contact Center and address inquiries directly or with teammates.
• Familiarity with the Annuity Submission Platform workflow and troubleshooting.
• Facilitate routing for Annuity and Alternative Investments cases.
• Resolve missing documents and re-route misdirected paperwork.
• Assign Subscribe orders to Sales Supervision Principals.
• Collaborate with Financial Professionals to address submission deficiencies.
• Maintain positive relationships with Financial Professionals and Supervisors.
• Assist in pulling reports from applications and tools.
• All other duties as assigned.

Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Applicants should be located at one of our hubs listed above and must be willing to work this schedule.

Salary

$45,000 - $50,000 per year + annual performance-based bonus

Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education.

Summary

The Sales Supervision Contact Center Coordinator is a role within Sales Supervision team. Sales Supervision Contact Center Coordinator will manage and appropriately respond to the incoming calls from the Contact Center on behalf of the Sales Supervision team. Additional responsibilities will include supporting the workflow of non-digital annuity and alternative investment cases in Support Center along with working in conjunction with Sales Supervision Principals to ensure efficient workflow management and timely paperwork processing.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle the incoming calls from the Contact Center and address the inquiries directly or by collaborating with others within the department to address the needs of the Financial Professional
• Familiarity with the workflow and common troubleshooting for the Annuity Submission Platform
• Facilitate case routing for Annuity and Alternative Investments
• Resolve missing documentation and reconcile misrouted documentation to the proper case or department
• Assign Subscribe orders to the Sales Supervision Principals
• Work with Financial Professionals to address deficiencies in submissions
• Maintain an ongoing positive relationship with Financial Professionals, First Line Supervisors, Regional Vice Presidents and Sales Managers
• Assist in managing and pulling reports for the department from various applications and tools
• All other duties as assigned

Preferred Requirements

• FINRA Series 6 or 7 preferred
• Experience with annuity products
• Experience with Salesforce, NetX360, SharePoint and OneNote
• Experience in Customer Service
