Job summary

Prudential Financial, Inc. is seeking an External Wholesaler to grow fixed and variable annuity sales across the Bank/Wire channel in Greater New York City. This fully virtual role requires residency in the territory with travel approximately 80% of the time.

You will develop territory plans, build advisor relationships, and deliver compelling retirement income presentations. A bachelor’s degree and FINRA registrations are required, along with state licenses as defined by the territory.

Qualifications

• Strong financial services sales experience.
• Experience selling annuities, retirement income, or wealth management solutions through advisor channels.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 registrations, plus state licenses as defined by the territory.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to grow fixed and variable annuity production in the Bank/Wire channel.
• Build and sustain relationships with financial advisors and distribution partners.
• Deliver product, market and retirement-income presentations to connect Prudential solutions with advisor and client needs.
• Provide point-of-sale support to position annuities in retirement planning conversations.
• Travel within the territory and manage a high-travel schedule (~80%).
• Collaborate with the Internal Wholesaler to execute territory plans and deepen advisor engagement.
