Job summary

Clinglobal Group is seeking a Product Development Program Manager to support animal health development programs and sponsor-facing activities. This remote role will coordinate across SBUs and external partners, ensuring timely, compliant delivery.

You will guide early-stage development and help assess our capability to support programs across formulation, safety, efficacy, and regulatory phases. The successful candidate brings 10+ years in animal health development, strong regulatory expertise,

Qualifications

• Degree in a Life Sciences discipline.
• 10+ years in animal health drug/product development.
• Global regulatory experience (FDA CVM, EMA, VMD, GRP, GLP, GCP, VICH).
• Exceptional organizational, project, and program management skills.
• Strong technical writing and oral presentation skills.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to work across time zones with a UK reporting line and global stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for Sponsor meetings and audits.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Lead Manager for Sponsors, identifying needs and constraints.
• Coordinate input across SBUs to gather feedback and handle inquiries.
• Act as the main project contact with Sponsors and maintain reporting schedules.
• Manage resources across SBUs and departments to meet timelines.
• Develop and oversee project management plans for programs.
• Coordinate programs through formulation, safety, efficacy, regulatory phases.
• Ensure full lifecycle delivery on time, within quality and cost constraints.
• Provide regular status reports to management and Sponsors, including budgets.
• Identify and manage risks related to feasibility, resources, and budget.
• Develop and maintain project tools like Gantt charts, budgets, and risk registers.
• Mentor teammates on Program Management principles.
• Promote Clinglobal's capabilities and values externally.
• Represent the Group at industry events and customer meetings.
