Job summary

Celerion seeks a full-time, experienced Global Project Manager to join our team. This role leads project deliverables and client satisfaction, serving as a consistent point of contact from project start to finish.

Location options include Tempe, AZ; Lincoln, NE; or remote work from anywhere in the US. The ideal candidate will have a life sciences background, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with Clinical Research, preferably Phase I projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (life science discipline preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of Clinical Research industry experience is highly preferred.
• Phase I Project Management experience preferred.
• High-level skills in organization, multi-tasking, relationship-building, communication, judgment, problem-solving, persuading and negotiating.

Responsibilities

• Manages multiple clients and their projects, fostering relationships with assigned clientele.
• Confirms project scope with client and teams to ensure adherence to contract, timelines and budget.
• Leads project prioritization among team members and manages scope and cost with Operations.
• Maintains regular communication through project meetings from inception to closeout.
• Creates and reviews project docs (RFIs, budgets, timelines, risks, change requests, etc.).
• Implements changes to improve processes and efficiency.
