Responsibilities

• Own major features end to end, from design through release.
• Maintain and improve reliability metrics for key features.
• Review pull requests and provide constructive feedback.
• Unblock the team when blockers arise and guide solutions.
• Decide on version choices and standardize what the team uses.
• Keep shared components well-documented and maintainable.
• Lead changes in process when needed.
• Reduce manual intervention to ensure smooth releases.
• Address recurring problems by changing underlying setup.
