Job summary

SentiLink, a US-based identity and risk analytics company, is seeking a Solution Analytics Analyst who translates data into actionable business cases for partners. You will frame ambiguous questions, structure analyses, and deliver executive-ready narratives to accelerate adoption and ROI across Sales, Partner Success, Product, and Engineering.

This remote role requires 3–5 years at a VC-backed startup or consultancy, strong SQL/Python skills, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience at a VC-backed startup, consulting, banking, or private equity with an analytical focus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, comfortable with ambiguity and quick to learn.
• Enthusiastic about the future of financial services, fraud and identity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client discovery calls with account executives.
• Meet with clients to discuss fraud strategies to mitigate risk.
• Strategizing with the sales team to ensure alignment with partner’s needs.
• Create and deliver presentations aligned to proposed solution value.
• Support the sales team with all technical related queries.
• Establish best practices across all solution analytics team members through effective coaching.
• Design and execute analysis for white papers and other industry materials.
• Develop relationships and maintain customer relationships.
