Job summary

Kalkomey Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google and Meta while leveraging AI tools to accelerate copy testing, analysis, and reporting. The role collaborates with Growth Marketing and Analytics to drive ROAS and allocate spend to high-efficiency channels.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on campaign experience, strong analytics, and comfort working in a fully distributed environment.

Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, with proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Experience with multiple ad platforms (Microsoft Ads, Reddit Ads, Snapchat) preferred.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and communicate findings clearly.
Budget management and pacing across concurrent campaigns.
Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau).

Responsibilities

Build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Set up and QA campaigns including ad copy, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and tracking.
Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance daily and weekly.
Collaborate with Brand & Creative for ad asset optimization.
Pull and synthesize performance data into weekly/monthly reports.
Identify trends, flag anomalies, and provide actionable insights.
