KeyMik in Atlanta is seeking a data-driven Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok for brand clients. You will be responsible for strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization to maximize ROAS with a focus on data-driven decisions and reporting.

You will collaborate with creative teams, stay updated on platform changes, and drive performance through testing and optimization across channels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing paid media campaigns at an agency or in-house.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance data.
• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications preferred.
• Experience managing $50K+ monthly ad spend.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads for multiple brand clients.
• Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with client goals and budgets.
• Create, test, and optimize ad creative, copy, and targeting.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports to clients.
• Stay current on platform updates and new advertising features.
• Collaborate with creative team on high-converting ad assets.
