Availity, a leading healthcare engagement platform, is seeking a Director, Product Management for the Provider Data Management and Symphony portfolios. Remote US location; you will shape product strategy, own the roadmap, and collaborate with engineering, implementation, and marketing to drive value.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team, establish processes, and deliver data-centric solutions across provider data management, directories, credentialing, enrollment, and network

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in leadership roles driving product strategy and cross-functional alignment.
• Experience with healthcare technology, health plans, provider organizations, or healthcare data platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage data-centric products including ingestion, validation, enrichment, governance, and master data management.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Provider Data Management (PDM) and Symphony product portfolios with strategy, roadmap, and cross-functional alignment.
• Develop and mentor world-class product management teams, applying modern best practices and a coaching mindset.
• Collaborate with Engineering to prioritize work, remove bottlenecks, and improve roadmap execution; partner with Implementation to streamline onboarding.
