Base pay range

$155,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr

About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Analytics Manager to lead data-driven initiatives that support business growth, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making. This role will oversee analytics strategy, manage data projects, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver actionable insights.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with advanced analytical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of analysts to deliver high-quality insights and reporting
  • Develop and execute analytics strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Oversee data modeling, forecasting, performance metrics, and KPI development
  • Partner with stakeholders across departments to identify analytics needs and opportunities
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance best practices
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, concise manner
  • Drive continuous improvement in analytics tools, processes, and methodologies

Compensation & Benefits
