Job summary

GrowthLoop is seeking an Analytics Engineer to embed with an enterprise client’s growth team. You’ll own data work end-to-end, building audiences and supporting live email and direct mail campaigns, with ownership over pipelines and models as the team migrates to a new cloud environment.

You’ll collaborate across technical and non-technical partners, focusing on speed and impact under weekly deadlines, and you’ll be well-versed in data engineering concepts and modern data tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on SQL in production environment.
• Experience querying cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks).
• Solid understanding of data pipelines and ETL concepts.

Responsibilities

• Build and edit SQL to power audience building and campaigns.
• Work with a single enterprise client to understand business needs and data landscape.
• Design scalable data models supporting client goals.
• Improve internal workflows and tooling for efficiency and repeatability.
• Guide client stakeholders on technical and strategic data decisions.
• Investigate data discrepancies and deltas to answer business questions.
