Job summary

Elios AI is seeking an experienced analytics engineer to transform raw enterprise data in Snowflake into trusted ARR, churn, and revenue metrics. You will build and document data models, define metrics with finance and RevOps, and become the go-to expert on what each number represents and how it’s derived.

You’ll write clean SQL, optionally use Python for transformations, and ensure the modeling layer remains version-controlled as the business evolves.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a closely related build role.
• Strong Snowflake and data-modeling skills; dbt experience is a real plus.
• Demonstrated work on ARR, churn, or SaaS revenue analytics.

Responsibilities

• Model raw enterprise data in Snowflake into trustworthy ARR, churn, and revenue metrics.
• Build, test, and document data models, ideally with dbt.
• Define metrics collaboratively with finance and RevOps rather than working from a handed-down spec.
• Be the go-to person for what a given number actually represents and how it was derived.
• Write clean, performant SQL and lean on Python where transformation logic calls for it.
• Keep the modeling layer version-controlled and maintainable as the business evolves.
• Partner with the incoming data lead to shape the broader analytics foundation.
