Job summary

Corner Alliance is seeking an Analytics Data Engineer with 6+ years of experience to support a Federal government client. You will design and implement data pipelines, act as a data steward for an enterprise lakehouse, and help deliver data-driven insights for grant programs.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to improve data products, leverage Databricks and cloud tooling, and explore AI-enabled analytics to improve decision making while working remotely with client-site needs as contracts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field such as computer science, engineering, or analytics.
• 6+ years in a data engineer or related role with data pipelines.
• Experience designing scalable ETL pipelines from multiple sources.
• Proficiency with Python, PySpark, and SQL for data manipulation.
• Experience automating data processing and scripting tasks.
• Experience with data warehouses and data lakes, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• US citizenship and ability to pass public trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Establish data platform strategy with data solutions architect.
• Design, build, implement, and test data pipelines.
• Collaborate to implement a data development lifecycle for consistency.
• Analyze data sources and guide data modeling best practices.
• Leverage data models, lineage, and business rules to meet needs.
• Maintain end-to-end pipelines and CI/CD for quality deliverables.
• Establish an authoritative Lakehouse for post-award reporting.
• Refresh dashboards and data analyses for program financials and risk.
• Apply AI/LLMs to analyze unstructured data and reduce manual review.
• Identify automation opportunities with stakeholders.
