You will support a Federal client, focusing on data platform strategy, ETL pipeline development, and data-driven decision making.

The role emphasizes building scalable pipelines, data lakehouse alignment, and leveraging AI/non-traditional analytics to improve post-award program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field such as computer science, data analytics, or information systems.
• 6+ years’ experience in a data engineer role or related role.
• Experience designing and building scalable ETL pipelines across multiple sources.
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL for data manipulation.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass public trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data solutions architect to establish a data platform strategy.
• Design, develop, implement and test data pipelines.
• Create and enforce data development lifecycle with Databricks and cloud tooling.
• Analyze data sources and provide modeling guidance and insights.
• Build end-to-end data pipelines and CI/CD for data systems.
