Job summary

Huntington is seeking an Analyst to support the Corporate Banking Portfolio Management team. The role involves evaluating creditworthiness, analyzing financial statements, and underwriting complex commercial loans in line with Huntington policies.

You will work with Relationship Management, Credit Administration, Capital Markets and other teams to produce underwriting analyses and performance reports. This entry-level developmental role prepares for broader Commercial Banking paths.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze financial and business information to determine creditworthiness for loan and credit products.
Complete financial spreads, risk rating, performance teasheets, compliance testing, and portfolio monitoring activities.
Underwrite complex commercial loans following Huntington credit policies with financial statement and collateral analysis.
Conduct industry and market research and distill key themes for presentation.
