Ondo Finance, Inc. seeks an experienced compliance professional to support its regulatory program in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will handle KYC/AML duties, due diligence, and governance, collaborating with regulators, auditors, and internal teams. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in financial services regulatory programs and e-communication surveillance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in KYC/AML/compliance in financial services or fintech.
• Deep knowledge of AML/BSA, customer due diligence, and OFAC sanctions compliance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Firm's regulatory compliance program, including e-communication surveillance, due diligence, risk assessments, and governance.
• Interact with regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with e-communication archiving reviews and complete compliance checklists.
• Provide input on DDQs and RFPs, and help maintain the compliance manual.
• Support regulatory inquiries, examinations, internal audits, and committee governance.
