Job summary

The Bachrach Group is seeking an investigative professional for a fully remote role within our Financial Crimes Compliance team. You will handle cases from start to finish: disposition alerts, research subjects, prepare case files and write SAR narratives, with exposure to 314(a)/(b), OFAC research and law-enforcement inquiries.

You'll work with Actimise and Alloy to document, disposition or escalate alerts, run EDD reviews and customer-risk assessments, and maintain complete case files.

Qualifications

• Experience in AML investigations, EDD, fraud or similar analytical fields.
• Hands-on transaction monitoring and SAR narrative experience.
• Knowledge of sanctions/OFAC, adverse media and customer-risk concepts.
• Ability to synthesize complex facts into concise narratives.
• Strong attention to detail and escalation judgment.

Responsibilities

• Review and disposition alerts in AML monitoring and high-risk watchlists.
• Prepare escalated cases using internal data and public sources.
• Draft investigation summaries and SAR narratives.
• Perform EDD reviews and customer-risk assessments.
• Support requests and account-closure analysis.
• Maintain complete, review-ready case files.
• Contribute to policies and QA activities.
