Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of AML/compliance experience, a Bachelor's degree (or relevant experience), and familiarity with AML monitoring systems such as Actimize and Mantas. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of AML/compliance or financial crimes investigation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• Experience with AML monitoring systems and case management software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor transactions to identify suspicious patterns related to money laundering, fraud, and terrorist financing.
• Investigate flagged activities using internal systems, public records, and other sources.
• Perform initial and enhanced due diligence on high-risk clients.
• Prepare narratives and documentation of investigative findings and resolutions.
• Collaborate with the compliance team, legal, and management securely.
• Stay informed of evolving AML laws and sanctions lists (e.g., OFAC).
