Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Financial Crime Review Analyst to perform transaction activity reviews, investigations, and customer due diligence for potentially suspicious activity. You will support SARs and enhanced due diligence while adhering to regulatory expectations and internal standards.

The role requires familiarity with BSA, Patriot Act, OFAC, and sanctions screening, plus experience with AML software platforms. A flexible, remote-friendly environment is emphasized across teams nationwide.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 1-year minimum experience in financial services financial crime compliance management.
• Knowledge of BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC and SAR requirements.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Strong research skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and online research systems.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and investigating alerts, performing investigations, or enhanced due diligence reviews for potentially suspicious activity, making risk-based SAR recommendations and preparing SARs.
• Conducting periodic holistic reviews of higher risk individuals or entities.
• Reviewing and investigating potential matches with sanctions lists.
• Maintaining knowledge of regulatory rules incl. BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC and sanctions screening.
• Assist in delivering financial crime consulting services to Financial Services firms.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
