Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 1-year minimum experience in financial services, financial crime compliance, or related areas.
• Knowledge of money laundering laws including BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC and SAR requirements.
• Strong writing, analytical and communication skills; ability to multi‑task and deliver on time.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and online research tools.
• Knowledge of client and transactional monitoring processes.
• Ability to work autonomously and with teams in different locations.
• Strong interpersonal communication at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Review alerts, conduct investigations or enhanced due diligence for potentially suspicious activity, and prepare SARs.
• Perform periodic holistic reviews of higher risk individuals or entities.
• Review potential matches with sanctions lists.
• Maintain working knowledge of applicable rules and regulations including BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC and screening.
• Assist in delivering financial crime consulting services to financial institutions and FinTechs.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
