Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Financial Crime Review Analyst to perform transaction activity reviews, investigations, and customer due diligence for potentially suspicious activity and sanctions screening. You will contribute to SARs and enhanced due diligence while upholding regulatory expectations.

The role requires collaboration across teams in a consulting environment, with emphasis on strong communication, critical thinking, and adaptability to evolving requirements.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in financial services compliance.
• Knowledge of money laundering laws: BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to conduct online research.
• Knowledge of client and transactional monitoring processes.
• Detail oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Ability to work autonomously and with teams in different locations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review alerts and investigate potential suspicious activity, making risk-based SAR recommendations.
• Conduct holistic reviews of higher risk individuals or entities.
• Review potential matches with sanctions lists and conduct due diligence.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory rules and sanctions screening.
• Assist in delivering financial crime consulting services to financial institutions.
