Kleinfelder is seeking a Program Manager to support and grow its Abandoned Mines Program, a remote position listed in State College, PA. The role leads AML and AMD projects across Pennsylvania, Ohio and the Mid-Atlantic region.

Responsibilities include managing scope, schedule, budget, staff and subconsultants; guiding multidisciplinary teams through watershed assessments and reclamation design; and pursuing new work through proposals and fee negotiations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, natural resources or related field.
• Typically 15+ years delivering mine reclamation, mine drainage, mining, water resources or related projects with progressive project management responsibility.

Mansioni

• Lead AML and AMD projects from concept through investigation, permitting, design, bid packages, construction administration and closeout.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, staff and subconsultants.
• Serve as primary contact for public-sector and nonprofit clients.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams on watershed assessments, mine drainage treatment, hazard mitigation, reclamation design, stream restoration, subsidence and slope stabilization.
• Pursue new work through proposals and fee negotiations.
