Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, or related field.
• 15+ years of relevant experience with progressive project management responsibility.
• Working knowledge of abandoned mine land reclamation and mine drainage treatment.

Responsibilities

• Lead AML and AMD projects across Pennsylvania, Ohio, and the broader Mid-Atlantic/Appalachian region.
• Develop program strategies aligned with client needs, funding priorities, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor project teams and drive a collaborative culture of technical excellence.
