Virginia Energy is seeking an AML Project Manager to lead reclamation projects addressing hazards on abandoned coal mine lands across Virginia. You will identify potential hazards, prepare environmental documentation, and help secure funding and access rights to carry out reclamation efforts.

The role requires ensuring project activities comply with Virginia's State Reclamation Plan and the Coal Surface Mining Act, with offices in Big Stone Gap and other cities.

Competenze

• Knowledge of regulatory and engineering principles for abandoned coal mine reclamation.
• Ability to interpret and implement federal/state reclamation rules.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for reports and briefs.
• Experience using MS Office in a Windows environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
