Sentara Medical Group St. Lukes is hiring a Full-time remote Registered Nurse in Virginia Beach, VA. The RN provides care in a physician practice/ambulatory clinic, performing triage, assisting with procedures, administering medications, and coordinating care.

Qualifications include ADN with BSN preferred, 1–2 years ambulatory or clinic experience, active RN license, NCLEX-RN, and BLS. Ambulatory care certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• 1–2 years ambulatory/clinic or medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Current state RN license; NCLEX-RN; BLS required.
• Ambulatory Care Nursing (AMB-BC) certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assesses patients and performs triage in person and by phone.
• Assists physicians with examinations and procedures.
• Administers medications, immunizations, and treatments.
• Provides patient education and self-management support.
• Coordinates referrals, follow-up, and continuity of care.
• Manages patient messages and results within scope.
• Supports prevention and population health outreach.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and stocked clinical environment.
• Documents care in the electronic health record.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
