Providence Swedish is seeking an RN for the Journey Clinic to deliver comprehensive nursing care in an ambulatory setting. The role involves assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care, with teaching, via direct and telehealth encounters.

Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, the RN ensures compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements while supporting patient-focused, whole-person care.

Competenze

• Must hold Washington RN license at time of hire.
• Minimum 18 months of nursing experience.
• ACLS/BLS certification required upon hire.

Mansioni

• Provide comprehensive ambulatory nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care and educate patients via direct, telehealth, and electronic encounters.

Washington Registered Nurse License

American Heart Association BLS
