Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Requires Washington RN license upon hire.
• Requires American Heart Association BLS certification upon hire.
• Minimum 18 months of professional nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ambulatory care nursing.
• Coordinate care using the nursing process (assess, plan, implement, evaluate).
• Deliver teaching and care via direct, telephonic, telehealth or electronic encounters.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary health care team and ensure regulatory compliance.
