Job summary

Providence Swedish in Issaquah, WA seeks a Journey Clinic RN to deliver holistic ambulatory care and coordinate patient care using the nursing process across in-person and telehealth encounters.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care and teaching needs for patients across the lifespan in collaboration with the health care team, while adhering to standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current Washington RN license.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association.
• Minimum 18 months of professional nursing experience.

Responsibilities
