We’re looking for a Media Specialist to join our team and support the execution and optimization of advertising campaigns across Amazon and other retail media platforms.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of hands-on experience with Amazon Ads or retail media
• Basic understanding of digital advertising metrics
• Experience with Amazon Sponsored Ads
• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance
• Analytical mindset and data-driven improvement
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Comfortable collaborating with a remote team
• English proficiency to communicate with global teams

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage Amazon Sponsored Products, Brands, Display campaigns.
• Monitor campaigns, budgets, pacing; flag issues to Media Manager.
• Assist with bid adjustments, budgets, keywords, and negative terms.
• Pull data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Identify trends and optimization opportunities from data.
• Maintain campaign naming, structures, and docs.
• Support monthly reporting and client deliverables.
• Assist campaigns on Mercado Libre and Walmart Connect as needed.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure timely execution.
• Continue learning Amazon Ads and retail media best practices.
