Job summary

Texas Hotel Management is seeking a competent Amazon PPC Manager to turn ad spend into profitable, scalable revenue. The role is full-time, remote, and permanent, aligned with US Central Time hours.

You will lead campaigns across Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display, while coordinating with US colleagues in real time. The ideal candidate is data-driven, experienced with six-figure monthly budgets, and able to work independently in a remote team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC management.
• Experience managing monthly ad budgets of $50,000+.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Advertising Console and Campaign Manager.
• Solid understanding of ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, CVR.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets for bid models and reporting.
• Excellent written and spoken English; capable of explaining results to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-managed, organized and reliable in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands (including video) and Sponsored Display campaigns.
• Manage daily bids, budgets, placements and dayparting to hit ACoS, TACoS and ROAS goals.
• Run keyword and ASIN targeting research; add negatives to cut wasted spend.
• Structure accounts for efficiency: naming, match-type segmentation, auto-to-manual harvesting.
• Plan ad support for launches, promotions and peak events.
• Collaborate with listing, creative and inventory teams to improve conversion rate and avoid out-of-stock items.
• Test ad creatives, headlines, audiences and bidding strategies; document results.
• Build weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and next actions.
• Monitor Amazon Ads updates and apply beneficial features.
• Coach junior PPC analysts or freelancers if applicable.
