Job summary

Livaclean is seeking a Junior Amazon PPC Admin to support senior PPC specialists with day-to-day operations behind our advertising and product launches. This is an entry-to-mid-level, fully remote role designed to develop hands-on PPC skills and e-commerce knowledge.

You’ll begin with admin, data, and setup tasks, with coaching from seniors and growing ownership over smaller marketplaces such as Amazon Mexico and Amazon Australia, as you progress.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) and task tools (ClickUp).
• Clear written communication.
• Proactive, coachable and eager to learn.
• Reliable internet and ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and maintain data across spreadsheets and trackers.
• Set up and manage ClickUp tasks and preparation checklists for product launches.
• Build and maintain spreadsheets for product launches and campaign tracking.
• Set up landing pages for Meta-to-Amazon marketing pushes.
• Set up and maintain keyword tracking systems.
• Support Amazon case log submissions and follow-ups.
• Assist with the setup of PPC campaigns under guidance from senior specialists.
• Take ownership of PPC support for smaller marketplaces as you grow.
