The associate will serve as the local market access expert on payer policies, multi-channel acquisition pathways, and reimbursement processes, integrating manufacturer support programs into office workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; business and/or biological science background preferred.
• 3–5 years in public or private third‑party reimbursement or pharma industry in managed care, clinical support, or sales.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy products and reimbursement processes.

Responsibilities

• Interact with assigned accounts to support patient access and educate providers on program integration.
• Analyze payer policies, drug acquisition, inventory management, and patient reimbursement; identify trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate with Patient Support Center and cross-functional teams to resolve coverage challenges and share insights.
• Maintain knowledge of NPC policies and HIPAA compliance in all activities.
• Collaborate with NPC teams to address customer needs and barriers in access and reimbursement.
