Responsibilities

• Interact within assigned accounts to support patient access and provide education on programs to providers and staff.
• Analyze payer policies, utilization management, denials and appeals, and track reimbursement trends.
• Coordinate with Patient Support Center on patient case management and education.
• Collaborate with NPC cross-functional teams to share insights on customer needs and barriers.
• Maintain understanding of NPC policies and ensure HIPAA compliance and data privacy.
