Job summary

Hallford Travels is seeking a Remote All-Inclusive Vacation Specialist to help clients plan and book all-inclusive vacations, from resorts to cruises.

You will communicate with clients, research options, and coordinate travel details, working independently in a remote setup with travel industry training and ongoing support.

Prior hospitality or travel experience is helpful but not required; strong service and communication skills are essential.

• Respond to client questions and provide helpful travel recommendations.
• Communicate with travel suppliers to confirm reservations and travel details.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and travel bookings.
• Stay informed on travel promotions, resort offerings, supplier updates, and destination information.
• Provide support to clients before and after travel when needed.
