Hallford Travels is seeking a Remote All-Inclusive Vacation Specialist to help clients plan and book all-inclusive getaways. You will provide friendly, dependable service and guide travelers through the booking process from home.

Responsibilities include researching travel options, coordinating resort packages, cruises, and hotel stays; answering questions, communicating with suppliers, and keeping accurate records; training and team support provided.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfort using email, online platforms, and basic computer tools.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and professional communication style.
• Experience in customer service, travel or hospitality is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients planning all-inclusive vacations.
• Research and coordinate travel options including all-inclusive resorts, packages, cruises, and hotels.
• Respond to client questions and provide travel recommendations.
• Communicate with travel suppliers to confirm reservations and travel details.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and bookings.
• Stay informed on promotions, resort offerings, supplier updates, and destinations.
• Provide support to clients before and after travel when needed.
