Job summary

STS Engineering Solutions is seeking an Aircraft Records Specialist for remote, contract-based work. The role supports regulatory compliance, data management, and records audits for aircraft, engines, and components across fleet transactions and operations.

The successful candidate will process records, perform audits, and ensure documentation integrity in systems like AMOS, eMRO, TRAX and FlyDocs while collaborating with project teams to meet deliverables.

Qualifications

• Experience auditing aircraft records in aviation information management applications.
• Proficiency with AMOS, eMRO, TRAX, SCEPTRE, IFS Maintenix, Traxall, PMI or similar platforms.
• Ability to pass drug testing and a 10-year background check.
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• U.S. citizenship or valid work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Update maintenance task requirements, component records and time-controlled records in aviation systems.
• Maintain aircraft records in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Process removal and installation transactions for aircraft components and assemblies.
• Audit digital component and maintenance records for aircraft and powerplant transactions.
• Support inductions and lease returns through records review and documentation.
