Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage air traffic in designated airspace sectors using advanced radar, communication, and surveillance systems.
• Provide clear and concise instructions to pilots regarding flight paths, altitudes, and speeds.
• Ensure optimal separation between aircraft to prevent collisions and maintain safe airspace operations.
• Coordinate with other air traffic control units, airlines, and relevant aviation stakeholders.
• Respond effectively to emergencies and abnormal situations, implementing pre-defined contingency plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date flight progress information and logs.
• Continuously monitor weather conditions and operational parameters that may affect air traffic.
• Adhere strictly to all air traffic control procedures, regulations, and company policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and simulator sessions to maintain proficiency and certifications.

Requirements

• Valid Air Traffic Controller (ATC) license and relevant ratings (e.g., Aerodrome, Approach, Area Control).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an operational Air Traffic Controller.
• Proficiency with modern air traffic management systems, including radar displays, flight data processing, and communication equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and make critical decisions in complex situations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to provide clear and concise instructions.
• Strong understanding of aviation regulations, meteorology, and aircraft performance.
• Must be able to work independently and maintain focus in a remote work environment.
