Job summary

Qualifications

• State and Federal environmental regulations.
• Environmental engineering and technology principles and practices.
• Chemical composition, structure and properties of substances and environmental transformations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze ambient air quality and emissions data.
• Develop emission inventories using EPA-approvable methods.
• Evaluate control measures for feasibility and effectiveness.
• Model air quality to identify emission sources and control impacts.
• Draft and revise air pollution control rules under the Clean Air Act.
• Coordinate and host public meetings, hearings, and presentations on rulemakings.
• Provide expertise to internal and external clients on air quality planning.
