Job summary

North Carolina Virtual Academy (NCVA), a Stride K12 partner, seeks an AIG Coordinator to plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate the AIG program across K-12. You will identify, place, and enrich gifted learners per NC DPI standards while collaborating with teachers, families, and external partners to support high-achieving students.

This full-time remote role requires strong data analysis, and proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint to support program reporting and improvement.

Qualifications

• Identify and place gifted students per NC DPI guidelines.
• Provide differentiated instruction and enrichment strategies for AIG learners.
• Coordinate data-driven decisions and reporting for gifted programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, oversee, and improve the district's AIG plan in line with state standards.
• Coordinate identification procedures including screening and data analysis.
• Collaborate with teachers and families to support gifted education.
• Lead professional development for staff on gifted education.
