Job summary

Alignerr is seeking Creative Writing Evaluators to review AI-generated fiction, poetry, and essays, and provide sharp, constructive feedback. This fully remote hourly contract is ideal for readers and aspiring writers who want flexible, independent work with a direct impact on how AI writes.

You will assess writing quality across style, voice, coherence, tone, and originality; identify weaknesses; and explain your reasoning to help AI produce more human prose.

Qualifications

• Read and evaluate AI-generated writing across genres.
• Explain reasoning clearly and provide constructive feedback.
• Capable of working with large volumes of text independently.
• Excellent command of English with strong prose sense.

Responsibilities

• Read and evaluate AI-generated creative writing across genres.
• Assess writing quality: style, voice, coherence, tone, originality, reader engagement.
• Identify weaknesses like clichés, awkward phrasing, inconsistent characterization, or structure.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve AI output.
• Complete tasks independently on own schedule.
