Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, compare images and videos, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Pay is up to $18 USD/hr with weekly payments via ACH, PayPal and AirTM. Work from home or while traveling, with free access to leading LLMs and flexible hours. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Ability to listen, observe, and explain issues clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.
• Comfortable with natural everyday conversational speech.
• Interest in AI media evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs to spot issues like animation glitches, text errors, or audio-video mismatch.
• Write clear explanations in English detailing observed issues.
