Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Earn up to $18 USD per hour with flexible hours and weekly payments via ACH, PayPal, and AirTM. You’ll receive free access to leading LLMs and help shape AI that performs better in the real world.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, or misalignment and writing a targeted explanation in English.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and providing a written rationale.
