Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will rate live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain what looked off in writing. Work from home or while traveling, with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs.

Your review helps improve AI reasoning and performance across real-world tasks. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, detail-oriented, and able to describe issues concisely.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Great attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio, then explaining findings in writing.
