Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You will rate and explain how well outputs follow prompts, focusing on accuracy, realism, and quality. This role offers flexible hours, regional eligibility, and pay per hour with incentives for performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely for distortions, artifacts, or misalignment and describe issues in writing.
• Rate outputs on adherence, quality, and realism and provide a concise explanation in English.
